Perfect for products/objects from about 10 mm to 5 cm in length, this option offers extra flexibility with lighting and depth of field techniques to create stylized images 'in camera' offer an extra element of realism that even experienced retouch artists cannot duplicate.

Working with your products in our studio offers us more options to explore different looks, requires a bit less time, and is slightly lower cost.

1cm to 200um

Your micro products photographed with Zeiss, Leica and Nikon research quality lab optics, the latest high resolution Digital SLR cameras and studio lighting to achieve crisp, vibrant marketing images.

This service is best for objects measuring a centimeter or less in size to about 200 um.

The biggest difference between our service and using a standard lab imaging setup is our use of studio lighting and high resolution cameras. Many labs offer about 5 megapixel images. Our top-of-the-line Nikon CMOS sensors capture a 25 megapixel image, allowing us to crop a bit and still have plenty of pixels to give you a great image.

The sensors we use also provide a 14 bit image. This refers to the ability of the sensor to register a greater tonal range than lab or even standard photography equipment. The result is a crisp, clear image that accurately represents your product.
